I build practical systems end-to-end — from mobile apps and backends to AI & computer vision and the IoT hardware underneath.
Hi — I'm Ivan Liang Jin Ngu, a Computer Science student at Swinburne University of Technology Sarawak, finished interning at Philoentree. I like building things that actually get used, and I'm happiest when a project forces me to work across several layers at once.
That curiosity has taken me from React Native mobile apps and Python backends to computer-vision models and the IoT hardware in between. My ParkGuide project is the clearest example: it runs from a microcontroller in the field all the way up to an ML model and a phone in a visitor's hand.
